Mobile friendly test gives warnings

If it fails intermittently it’s most likely due to throttling issues with the server and not actual “mobile friendly” problems. Sometimes Google’s bot is throttled and unable to load the styles, which are what make the site mobile friendly. Real users aren’t going to be throttled in this way though, so if it’s passing at least some of the time, then you know the site actually is mobile friendly, even if the same test fails at other times.
