Mobile – Geolocation IP Detection

I was testing the plugin and via shortcode managed quite easily to get the location data on screen. Like this:
[geoip_detect2 property=”country.isoCode”]
[geoip_detect2 property=”country”]
[geoip_detect2 property=”city”]
[geoip_detect2 property=”postal.code”]

I went on a trip changed the city of course and country.

I checked the data on the phone, but the data of location remained the same, all the time.

I was logged in WordPress, clearing cache, refreshing etc,.. but the data remained the same all the time.

Is this normal?
Shouldn’t location data show in which city I am at the moment?

As I said, I have changed many cities and been in the neighbor country. Of course I was on roaming too.
