Mobile header

Hi, i want the header of the mobile version to be smaller, it takes to much space.. and also I don’t like the menu to slide out to the left I rather have it scrolled down, I also want to get rid of the footer theme tekst, I can’t find anywhere where I can change te tekst can anybody help me?
