    Hi,
I am having a problem when I enable w3 total cache on my site after a bit of time (1 – 24 hours) the header disappears from the front page on mobile only. I have gone through and disabled all settings within w3 total cache but the problem still persists with only “Disk: Basic” or “Disk: Enhanced” enabled and all other setting disabled. Once the problem occurs if I deactivate the plugin, the mobile header on the front page will reappear. Important to note that this only happens on mobile and only happens on the front page. On mobile all other pages: shop, product, cart and checkout pages DO have header. And I haven’t had any problems on desktop.
When experiencing this problem on mobile, occasionally, I can see a flash of the non-mobile header for a split second in the middle of the page before it disappears and continues to load without any header at all.
Thanks in advance for any help or insights.

    Hello @yourstrulythom

You can use User Agent Groups for this.
Go to Performance>Cache Groups>Manage User Agent Groups and create a group of user agents by specifying names in the user agents field. Assign a set of user agents to use a specific theme, redirect them to another domain, or if an existing mobile plugin is active, create user agent groups to ensure that a unique cache is created for each user agent group. Drag and drop groups into order (if needed) to determine their priority (top -> down).
Enable groups “high” and “low”, select your current theme from a Theme: dropdown menu, save all settings and purge the cache.
    Thanks!

    Hi Marko,

Thanks for that info, that seems to have worked!
Although it seems to have increased load times for both mobile and desktop. Is this typical? Is there a fix for this?
