Please disable all additional 3rd party plugins that you are using to check if it fixes the issue.

usually with the cache plugin/Autoptimize plugin.

please disabled minification and caching. and then clear your browser cache.

I disabled all plug ins and cleared the cache, but still had the issue.

I noticed you use site layout: “Fixed Layout”.

please login to your site, and navigate to: Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings.

if you would like support with mobile optimized/responsive, please choose “Responsive Layout”.

do not forget to setup the menu.
