mobile image resize and main content cut in half

  • Hello. I have already the other posts about making the main header image on mobile responsive. Nothing I try is working. First off the font is way to big for mobile..is there a way to change it just for mobile? The image moves around as well. Under my main header image is my front page of posts and on mobile it’s just taking up half the screen making posts look like this:
