Mobile iOs // Profile Page // Profile Photo // Take Picture Not Working

Dear Team,

Let me describe the scenario I am facing on mobile phone, so you can assess wether my issue is a common one or not.

iPhone // iOS

1.Login on the website
2.Access profile page
3.Edit profile page
4.Upload a profile photo
4.a. I can choose between : Take Picture or Choose Picture from the Library
4.b. If I choose Take Picture, it opens the iPhone camera and leaves a black screen front and rear which prevents from taking a picture.

Meaning A user cannot take a picture and upload it and update its profile picture.
He can only choose from the Library.

Am I the only one facing this ?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Note : It is not a plugin conflict for I have deactivated all of them and made the testgiving the same result.
