Mobile issues on OceanWP

    Hey there!

    I’m having some issues with my OceanWP site not displaying properly on mobile devices and other small format screens. I have 3 columns with images and links on my site, and they show up perfectly fine on desktop. However, they don’t appear at all on mobile, despite Elementor showing the columns aligned vertically in mobile mode. I have tried a bunch of formatting options out, but none seem to work so far. I have confirmed that this issue happens across multiple mobile devices, as well as on desktop when the window is shrunk down.

    Also, for whatever reason, my logo on the header doesn’t show up on mobile. Again, Elementor shows that it should be present in the preview, but it doesn’t pop up on my phone.

  • Hello,

    1. Edit the page with Elementor > Advanced > Responsive tab – disable the option to hide the section on the mobile and tab device.

    2. Go to Customize > header > Mobile Menu and upload a logo from there. Clear cache and check it works or not.

    Thank you so much! Both suggestions worked first try. Can’t believe I didn’t notice that the entire section in Elementor was marked disabled for mobile.
