I have a problem, basically the loading of products from mobile crashes and the articles are invisible or cut in half. It only loads 1 or 2.

    Here is a screenshoot: https://ibb.co/6XxWssC

    Here is a screenshot
do you know what the problem might be?
On desktop it seems to work

    Hi @fauchelafleur

Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.

Can you please send the link to the page with the issue so we can check it?

    For example this: https://new.modaceramica.it/catalogo/contemporaneo/
(you can only see the error in question from mobile)

Elementor support said that the problem is this plugin ??

    Thanks

    Hi @fauchelafleur

No, unfortunately, the issue is not in our plugin. Not sure how Elementor support came to the conclusion that this issue was caused by our plugin when the real issue is in the CSS styles of that block for mobile view – https://prnt.sc/JEXCif93hPRU

If we turn off this style you can see all of the 4 blocks. The issue with this grid CSS, it should display your posts horizontally, but since those styles are not really good, they are simply cutting the other posts off the view, physically they are still there.

So in order to do something with it, you need to fix your styles.

Thank you very much for your reply, so I didn’t understand, wouldn’t it be more normal on mobile for them to be displayed one below the other and not like on desktop?
I guess the way elementor works is what it applies to all grids, i.e. moving the elements underneath each other, why is this behaviour problematic in this case?

thank you very much for the explanations

That is absolutely correct, that it is better to display it vertically one by one as it is. The issue with the height, it does not allow the container to stretch as much as it would need in order to display all of the posts on mobile. Maybe it is somehow connected to the page template or other styles from the theme.
