Mobile menu

I have Simple Business WP installed and i’m pleased that it converts to mobile format when you use a mobile device, or even when you shrink the browser to mobile size. However, The menu converts into a button on the mobile style, and when i click or tap the button nothing happens. Why can’t the menu appear on the mobile style? My visitors on the mobile style can only view the first page.
