Go see if you have selected a menu for your mobile users. In Blocksy, you can choose different menus for desktop and mobile users. Here’s a quick screencast how.

Also, it’s generally a good idea to disable any caching (in your case WP Rocket) while developing and troubleshooting – aggressive caching techniques might cause issues.

If you still can’t get it to work, consider submitting a ticket on https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/support/ – the great guys at CreativeThemes can almost certainly help you out.

Thank you so much @oldrup that was a huge help. Disabled the caching plugin and found the mobile search section – wow, there is just so many options…I had missed it. Thank you again

Yup – there are many great features in Blocksy, it is possible to get lost – but Blocksy is generally well-thought-out and a solid build theme. It’s also in active development, with new features coming with each release, so consider taking a peek at the changelog when you update ??

Hi thanks for this awesome theme, I used to be a joomla guy but this is so much easier.
I have a slight problem with my mobile/hamburger menu
– my menu order changes when in hamburger mode
– my normal menu menu is in correct order when in full view/desktop but as sson as I change the size and it goes to hamburger the order of pages get jumbled,

How do I re-order them
