I just switched to this Nanospace theme and have been through the customizations. But I noticed on mobile that the menu is missing entirely.

I have been through all the settings but I am not seeing where to make that visible. Am I just missing it?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello!

    Thank you for your message.

We have issued a new update just now which adds directions next to the mobile menu checkbox to make it clear. Some users were indeed not finding the option. We hope now after this update, it became clearer.

Please follow the steps below to add your mobile menu:

Step 1: Go to (Customize > Header Builder).
Step 2: Click on the “Tablet/Mobile” tab.
Step 3: Add the mobile menu by dragging the “Mobile Menu” element to the “Drawer“.
Step 4: Display the toggle icon by dragging the “Toggle” element to the right section of the builder.
Step 5: Create or assign the mobile menu by going to (Customize > Menus).

    We hope that helps!

    Best Regards,

    Hello!

    Thank you for using NanoSpace.

To change the color of the toggle mobile menu button, please follow the steps below:

    1. Go to: Customizing ? Header Builder ? Mobile Main Bar
    2. Scroll down till you find the “Colors” section.
    3. Change the “Link text color” to your desired color. That will also change the color of the toggle menu button.

By default, it should be displayed as black but for some reason on your website, it appears as transparent.

    We hope that helps!

    Hello!

We’re sorry for the trouble you are having.

Concerning your question, please note the following:

    1. The color of the toggle mobile menu by default is black.
    2. The above steps should work out for you since they work on all of our sites.

Since they are not working out, then something else not related to the theme is conflicting with your CSS.

To debug the problem, you can try the following:

    1. Deactivate temporary all plugins.
    2. Clear the cache from your browser, server, and CDN.
    3. Make sure to remove temporary any custom CSS codes that you have added manually to your website.

The above steps should logically solve your problem. The next step would be to identify the plugin that was the causing the issue. To find that out, you will need to re-activate your plugins one-by-one until you find the one that is causing the problem. Before every test, you have to make sure to clear the cache from the browser, server, and CDN — or deactivate all caching completely until you’re done with your debugging session.

You can also reach out to us at: https://labinator.com/wordpress-marketplace/contact — and share your login details using the secure form for our team to check it up.

Please note though that the problem you are experiencing is not related to our theme. The solution would mostly involve a third-party plugin that our team can not debug or fix since it would be beyond the range of our free support channel.

    We hope that helps!

    Best Regards,
    Labinator Team
