Good morning. I am currently running the latest version of Chocolat and the latest version of www.ads-software.com. The mobile version of the webpage has been stuck lately. The drop down menu is fully expanded and will not hide or retract itself, regardless of how many times I try to hide it. I thought it was my device at first, but it is on all mobile devices when they visit the site.

The menu itself works, I can select what page to go to, but once there, the menu is still visible and won’t go away.

    Hi AuthorChrisAlex,

    I saw your Web site.
It is not displayed correctly even when viewed on a PC.

Do you customize the theme “Chocolat” ?
Are you describing something code in a text widget?
Returns to a default theme “Chocolat” and check whether it is displayed correctly.

Please tell us in detail if it is you have customized.

If I revert back to the original, will I lose what I have saved, such as menus and tabs?

I haven’t made any changes to the site except adding posts or updating menus.

I haven’t made any changes to the site except adding posts or updating menus.

    Is OK ??

    Please check the following things:
(is not lost you have saved.)

    1-1. Appearance -> Widgets Page
1-2. Move widget to ‘inactive widgets’.
1-3. Check the display of the Web site.

If the problem is not resolved:

    2-1. Plugins Page
    2-2. Deactivate the plugins.
2-3. Check the display of the Web site.

    Please tell me the results.

I made those changes, but nothing has changed on the site itself or the mobile site.

    I saw your Web site.
Web site is displayed correctly, also close the drop down menu.

I think this problem has been solved.

I figured out the problem and it is now fixed! Yay! I checked with my web host who figured out it was the calendar plugin that was causing the issue. I changed the settings and it’s back to normal now.

    Thanks!

Yes, all is well now. The drop down menu wasn’t closing before. But now that the calendar theme has been changed, it works as it should.
