I’m having some trouble with my mobile navigation menu. The desktop version is OK. On mobile, however, there is no visible toggle button to see the subpages underneath the parent page. I clicked to the right where I assumed the toggle button was (maybe it’s white even though I have it set to gray?) and the subpages fly out underneath. However, they appear oddly with space in between each subpage to where you can see some of the menu behind it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Please use the menu icon to open the navigation on mobile devices.

Haha, I have to giggle just a bit – I’ve been building websites for over 15 years and know that you have to click the hamburger icon in order to see the navigation menu on mobile. The issue is happening AFTER you click the hamburger icon. After clicking the hamburger icon, you see the parent pages. However, there is no toggle arrow or plus icon next to the parent page names to let you know that there are subpages/child pages underneath them. It’s as if the toggle arrow is set to white font even though I believe I have it set to gray. When I click to the right (where I assume the toggle arrow should be) the subpages/child pages DO appear underneath their parent page, but they look weird.

Screenshot of missing toggle arrow where I have circled with a question mark:

Screenshot of subpages showing weirdly underneath where I have circled with a question mark:

Hope that clarifies my question ??

No problem ?? Do you have an estimate on the time for the fix? I was hoping to launch the page today and this is the last piece that is holding us up from making this our new home page.

Wow – Thank you so much! However, I just uploaded it and it says “unauthorized file type”? It’s definitely a zip file, so I don’t know why it’s not taking.
