• Hi.
I’m using Nimble Pro to build my websites, and I’m actually pretty satisfied with it.

Las, on 3 of my dev websites, the mobile menu (hamburger+menu) is behaving strangely: where there is supposed to be a hamburger, a strange button appears, and the mobile menu is displayed as a bullet list with a broken style and behavior (it’s stuck whenever the user is opening/closing it).

For design purposes, I’m creating 2 menus : one that is displayed on large screens only, the other one for smaller screens only.

Would you mind taking a look ?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,
Thanks for opening this topic. I just visited your website ( nice by the way ) and couldn’t spot any problem on the menu.
If this happens again after clearing your browser’s cache, here’s the recommended troubleshooting workflow :

    1. Use the latest software versions : make sure WordPress, your theme and plugins are all updated to their latest versions. You can download the latest version of your purchased product on your account. To receive product update notifications, you need an active license key. How to activate your product key ?
    2. In your WordPress admin, go to settings > general and verify that your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are identical. The website will not run properly if the urls are different.
    3. Cache plugin : if you use a server cache or cache plugin, clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
    4. Browser :
    • Check for plugin conflict : Install the WP official Health check plugin. Activate the troubleshooting mode. Then deactivate all of your plugins. If it fixes the issue, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you identify the plugin in conflict.
    • Child theme : activate the parent theme if you use a child theme
    • Theme problem : try to activate a WordPress default theme ( Twenty … )
    • Javascript : make sure you did not insert custom javascript code ( like analytics, subscription popup… ), for example in a widget, that could break your site.
    • TIPS FOR A FASTER RESOLUTION OF YOUR SUPPORT TOPIC
When you do create your topic, it helps if you include your system info when creating your post. You’ll find them in your WP admin, in Settings > Nimble Builder > System Info.

      PROBLEMS IN THE LIVE CUSTOMIZER
If you have problems accessing the live customizer or editing content already created with Nimble Builder, note that you can use the Debug mode.

If relevant it also helps if you include screenshot(s) of the issue.
(Tip : You can use an online screenshot sharing tool like https://prnt.sc/ to include a link to screenshot.)

@chkeuz as per the WP forum guidelines, this support forum can only be used for Nimble Builder free, for your next questions about Nimble Builder pro, you’ll need to open a support ticket here on our website.
    Thank you

OK @nikeo, many thanks for your answer.

It seems to happen randomly whatever the browser and device, though (tried on different devices, IPs, browsers…)

Dully noted for the pro support, your plugin is awesome, by the way !

This request is anyway related to the Nimble Builder free so there’s no problem to continue discussing it here.
I could reproduce the problem when visiting your website on Edge browser.
I wonder if this is not due to the fact that NB stylesheets are printed inline…
You might want to uncheck the option in NB performance settings.

Ok thanks, I’m about to try that.
