Like others have posted previously, the latest update seems to have broken the mobile hamburger menu button. The entire a link of the button is missing.

Another thing: while attempting to troubleshoot myself, I exported my theme settings first, deactivated and uninstalled the plugin, then re-installed it. To my surprise, all settings are still there, including the theme and all the icons and mega menu settings under Appearances -> menu. So the uninstallation was not clean. I checked to make sure that the entire plugin folder was indeed deleted from the server during uninstallation, and it does not appear that the plugin created its own tables in the wordpress database.

This makes me a little concerned: does the plugin leave behind things that could potentially cause issues if we decide to change or uninstall the menu plugin down the road? Where are these old settings stored? Is there a way to cleanly uninstall this plugin?

    Thanks.

  • The only way I was able to fix this was to deactivate the plugin, delete it from WordPress, then go into FTP and delete the plugin files from there too since they remained for some reason. Then I had to manually upload an older version of the plugin through FTP, 1.1.2, then manually override/upload those files with the latest version again through FTP.

It appears that updating this plugin through the regular WordPress way will cause the Hamburger issue. I will probably never update this plugin again, or at least not through the normal WordPress update plugin page.

I have the same issue, but didn’t success to solve it that way… Help!
