Mobile menu bugged with anchor link

Hi,

I have discovered the same problem as mentioned in
here.

When I have a menu with relative links, it is working properly in desktop but not working in a mobile view. For now, I fixed it by adding javascript so that the page always reloads after clicking the link, but I do not think this is a clean solution and I do not know any better.

It was fixed in twenty twenty and twenty twenty-one themes but I do not know how to fix it in twenty twenty-two theme, as there is no /assets/js/index.js.
