My page is still under development, but I just noticed that on mobile devices the navbar menu disappears as soon as it is opened. Not sure what is going on, tried removing all CSS and turning off all plugins, but issue still was occurring. Check out the page iced.atwebpages.com (pword:Jesse). Issue occurs on actual mobile devices and also on emulators like responsinator.com. Thanks for your help!

  • Hi Ivbw,

Please disable all third-party plugins and let us know once disabled so we can take a deeper look at your site.

    Thanks!

Thanks so much for your help! All third party plugins are turned off. You can also compare with an earlier dev site that is still up and running and does not display this issue with the mobile menu(ivbw.atwebpages.com pword:Jesse). Let me know when you are done so I can turn the plugins back on.

    Hi Ivbw,

Please try deleting the theme and install a fresh copy as there might be some files missing.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

I tried deleting and then re-installing a fresh copy straight from Themeisle. The problem is still persisting. Not sure what to do. Thanks so much for your help.

    Hi @ivbw,

This may be related to the way you customized your theme. I would need a bit more informations on this, could you please contact us here https://themeisle.com/contact and mention in the ticket that you want it to be assigned to me?

    Thank you,
    Rodica

Fixed it, CSS that positioned logo and menu on desktop was interfering with the mobile menu. Thanks for everyone’s help!
