    Hello,
    I’m working on version 4.3.1 of the responsive menu
    Since this update, the menu no longer opens on the phone.
    It opens when I’m working on a computer and I’m in “phone view” but the submenus are not accessible.

    Hello, as requested I deactivated the caching plugin which is WP optimize version 3.2.18 but it doesn’t change anything. Is there another solution?

    On the other hand, I’ve just tried it on Edge, the site works fine, but it doesn’t work on Safari or Chrome.
    How can I make it work on all browsers, please?

    As I check on my side the menu is working fine. I request you to please clear the server-level and browser-level cache and then check.

    I have had the exact same problem with the last release (4.3) where my mobile dropdown menus do not drop down any more. This was working fine before, but now stopped working. My URL is interiology.com. I am running caching software, Breeze, on my Cloudways server. I’ve run the caching software for the past few years with Responsive Menu Pro and have had no issues.

    As suggested, I disabled Breeze and the drop down menus now work, however, I really need to have the caching plugin activated for the site to run efficiently. Can this be looked into?
