Mobile menu doesn’t open

  • Hi,

    I’ve recently installed the Kadence theme and have found out that the mobile navigation menu doesn’t work on my home page and other pages and blog posts. When clicking on the trigger, all I get is a blank white screen. What confuses things further is that the menu does work on some pages and posts, but not others. I didn’t have this issue with my previous theme (astra) and have tried deactivating all my plugins to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated.

  • @bucketlisttravellers Are you using Ezoic with Leap? If so, try switching off Script Execution under Optimization settings under the Speed tab and see what happens.

    Hi Lauratraveler,

    Yes I am using ezoic with leap! I did what you suggested and sadly the issue is still there. I saw that you had this issue recently as well, but wasn’t sure that you had got to the bottom of it. Are you all fixed now?

    @bucketlisttravellers Yes, I managed to fix the mobile menu issue by disabling all leap options and then enabling them back one by one until I found the culprit. Just make sure you clear all the caches, in case you haven’t, including the ‘leap optimization data’ and the leap cache after each change you make so that your changes get applied asap. I hope you’ll manage to fix this ??

    Thanks so much for your help Lauratraveler. I’ll do what you suggested. I’ve had a lot of teething issues with ezoic, so not surprised that it is still wreaking havoc with my site! Btw, are you a travel blogger by any chance? I’d love to check out your site if you don’t mind sharing the link!
