mobile menu expand submenus by default

Hi,
Please go to Appearance > Menus and edit the primary menu. From Screen Options at the top check CSS Classes and add submenu--show class to the menu item with submenus as instructed below link:

Thank you for the information, I remember seing this class field in another page I managed but I thought it was a plugin or something.

I followed the instructions but unfortunately, the submenu–show did not work. the menu items are not expanded :\

it seems the dashes were not copied so when I corrected the class, everything worked fine.
