Hi @angylp74! I haven’t been able to reproduce this on a fresh WP install with this theme. Do you have any plugins active which might be interfering with this? The best way to find this out would be to deactivate all plugins, or by using a plugin called Health check.

If you can install plugins, install and activate Health Check. It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health.

On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.

There’s a more detailed description about how to use the Health Check plugin and its Troubleshooting Mode at https://make.www.ads-software.com/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/

Hi, I installed the health check plugin and activated troubleshooting mode. Did not find any interence with each plugin. But then I realised when I am logged in as admin, I can access the menu in mobile mode. But when I am logged out and am any user the mobile menu is not available.

When I rolled back again to version 3.3 and emptied cache, I can access it again as a normal user.

    Please advise.

Hi @angylp74! I saw a few more people with this issue, and theirs were resolved by clearing the cache(and disabling any optimization plugins). Have you tried clearing or disabling the cache on the latest version of the theme?

I disenabled “WP Fastest Cache” and it works with version 3.4 . Are there any cache plugins that are compatible with this theme ?

Hey @angylp74! Generally, this should work with any cache plugin. If your plugin has settings for concatenating or compressing JavaScript files, you might want to look into those to make it work.
