Mobile menu icon appears but menu dead

Hi,

My mobile menu appeared but was unresponsive when clicked, so I installed your plugin, but it remains unresponsive to clicks on Chrome, Edge and Firefox when I use my new Android mobile phone.

I used to test it only with mobile-phone testing sites because I live in an area that only has a good 2G service so I didn’t buy a smartphone. It worked in the simulated tests on a wide range of phones. But now on a real phone it does not, even after installing your plugin.

The plugin is active on my website.
