Hi, I have no idea what to do. The mobile menu toggle icon is just completely missing. We can see it on the editing page but on the front-end it’s invisible. Users can’t click it. We’re using Hello theme and Elementor. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @clubafterlifeq,
    Thank you for contacting us.

I was looking at your previous comments and I understand your problem.

    • Please try these methods and tell us if they helped:
Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.
    • Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard, then Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
    • Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
    • To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.

If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme and see if it makes any difference.

Switch the CSS print method back after following these steps, regardless if it helped or not.
Hope those steps will help you; they go over the most common culprits for issues like yours.

    Kind regards,

So the site went 3 days without the extremely basic, necessary mobile menu icon – but I’ve figured it out for anyone else with the same problem.

If you’re using Hello Theme and Elementor, go to Elementor > Settings > Features and set “Inline Font Icons” to Inactive.
