Mobile Menu in chrome with blocked coockies

    Hello,

    I’m testing Oceanwp in my staging website and I noticed the mobile menu doesn’t work with Chrome (Android) if cookies are blocked in Settings > Site settings > Cookies blocked. The menu icon is visible but tapping on it nothing happens limiting the navigation for the users who have that featured on.
    Other responsive themes tested haven’t that issue, and I wish should be fixed.

    I’ve added same menu in the footer widget, just a temporary solution (even if having 2 identical menu on top and bottom isn’t so good).
