Mobile menu links to wrong pages, but desktop version works fine

Hi

I have no idea what has gone wrong. When viewed on mobile, if I use the main menu to navigate to a certain page, I am directed to a different page.

The site is https://chaseoptions.com/
On desktop, if I want click on the main menu>> Visa Programs >> CareGiver Visa, I am directed to https://chaseoptions.com/canadian-visas/caregiver-visa/ which is the correct URL.

However, if I do the same on mobile, I am taken to https://chaseoptions.com/canadian-visas/quebec-skilled-worker-visa/

I have disabled all my plugins without effect.
The only mobile redirect I used was for the home page and nothing on the inner pages.

Unfortunately I don’t know very much about coding, but it would seem that something has gone wrong internally. Any ideas on what I could do to try fix this?
