Mobile Menu Malfunction

    Hello. The mobile menu on my website, [ redundant link removed ], does not stay open. Once it is clicked, the moment you try to scroll down to a specific item, it immediately closes and takes you out of it.

    I have disabled plugins, cleared the cache and cookies, and nothing has solved the problem.

    Does anyone know what the issue here could be, please? Really need to get this fixed.

    Mobile compatibility is theme-dependent.

    I recommend asking at your theme’s support so its developers and support community can help you with this.

    Thanks for your response. I’ve been working with the theme developers and in three months they still haven’t been able to sort the issue. Quite poor to be honest.
    Now they’ve come back to me suggesting I use the development version of the theme for my site.
    Im no expert in this area so I don’t know what that means for my site exactly and whether i should go ahead and use it?
    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
