Mobile Menu missing in Lovecraft

I am trying to get the mobile menus to show up. When on mobile screen or on computer with less than full screen the menu disappears into the 3 horizontal lines. When you move your mouse over the the 3 horizontal lines, it hover over menu and search, but it will not take you to the mobile menu in the code.
