Mobile Menu not working

  • Hi, I am using OceanWP theme, Elementor (Pro) for the website. The mobile menu isn’t working when I am opening the website on mobile. (Apart from changing its predefined color). However, it shows and works perfectly on the desktop and also when I test it in the WP environment (tablet/ mobile mode).

    I have used it as a header and checked the ‘mobile menu’ options in the Header section of WP. It is a hamburger menu with a drop-down option for mobile.

    I am using only one plugin for Instagram, which I tried deactivating/ activating but it had no impact on the menu.

    I feel it happened after the latest word press update today.

    Hi Amit,

    I am using iphone 8 (ios 12.1.2), where it is not working.

    I checked it in android device and it is working.

    Hi Sharmistha,

    Try to follow the below steps and let me know it works or not.

    1. Try to enable the Javascript from your browser settings if it is disabled.

    2. Go to Dashboard > Theme Panel > Scripts & Styles and click to save changes.

    3. If the above step is not working, go to wp-content/uploads and delete the oceanwp folder.
