    At first I was happy about the great results. Now I am disillusioned.

    I have installed your tool on two websites and on both websites the mobile menu no longer responds.

    What good is a fast mobile site if customers can’t navigate it?

    By the way, when I test the website in test mode, the differences between standard and extreme are very small.

    I am distraught out of measure by your disillusionment in our plugin, and I want to do everything I can to make things right.

    We’ve taken a look at your site’s source code, and it appears that the mobile menu’s CSS isn’t being aggregated properly by our plugin. Could you please follow these steps to fix the issue?

    1. Log in to your my.10web.io dashboard.
    2. Go to Settings.
    3. Disable CSS Aggregation and CSS Minification.
    4. Clear the plugin cache.
    5. Re-check your site in an incognito tab.
