Mobile menu not working

I am having trouble with the mobile menu on a site that I am developing, specifically with the sub-item parts. The other parts seem to work well, but the section with sub items will sometimes appear blank, and if they do show, they link to different pages on the website. here is a link: https://www.bhccon.com
