    Please help!!!

this site has been working great and then suddenly it has these issues. When you try and press the hamburger menu nothing happens and the images are not showing either. Up to now i have deactivated all plugins and the issue is still present, I have switched to the default twenty twenty three theme and the problem is still present, i have installed a backup of the site and the problem is still present. i have tried regenerating critical css with jetpack and it is still there.

The problem only seems to be with mobile phones, it works on the pc fine.

I am at a complete loss now and unsure where to go from here.

    Thanks in advance

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site. You can then use its admin bar menu to turn on/off plugins and themes one at a time.

If it turns out to be your theme, I recommend asking at https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/astra#new-post so the plugin’s / theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.

This seems to be one of the inconsistencies of plugins, please deactivate/reactivate one by one and check the issue.

You need to check it from incognito window, if it still doesn’t work for you, I suggest you contact your theme support and ask them for help!

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have actually sorted this now. It turned out to be WPRocket CDN. For some reason iy had deactivated but the site must have been still loading from there even though i had disabled all of the plugins and switched themes. Any how it’s sorted now.

Thanks for taking time to reply though, Much appreciated

    Hi @garycook304gmail

Glad to know it’s working now!
