Mobile Menu not working for any theme

Hai,
previously i had sela theme for my lifestyle blog but it was too too slow though it worked completely fine both on mobile and laptop etc but then i installed a new theme #GeneratePress , it is working perfectly fine in terms of speed but the problem is that menu button does not give drop down option. I thought may be the problem is cz of theme so i tried using other themes as well but with any theme now, my menu just does not open in mobile (any mobile android or IOS).

super worried plz help, also i don’t anything abt coding so give some easy solution
