Mobile Menu not working on ePix Theme

  • I updated WordPress to a new version, added some pages to the website and now the menu on the mobile website is linking to a .ca/# page that goes nowhere and doesn’t display the menu. Please advise, thanks in advance!

  • Hello, the ePix theme your website is using has an error in one of its scripts and that is causing the mobile menu to not work properly. Can you contact ePix theme support so they can fix the issue?

    Thanks so much, if I was to update the theme to a different one would that maybe fix the issue?

    Updating to a newer theme should help, but be sure to do a preview of the new theme on the website first, so you can check if any content does not display. I am not sure about ePix itself, but some themes introduce their own ways of displaying content that cannot be carried over when switching to a different theme. Good luck!
