Mobile menu only works after you refresh the page

    If you visit my site on a mobile and tap on the menu then nothing happens. When you refresh the page or visit another page the menu starts working fine and continues to do so until you close the site and revisit.

    The search magnifying glass at the top right of the screen has also stopped working altogether on mobile and desktop.

    Since the site broke I installed a few menu plug-ins to get round the problem menu. I used Responsive menu and Megamenu but although the icons show up, nothing happens when you tap on them.

    I have disabled all plug-ins but it’s still the same.

    Can anyone help me please?

    I used Responsive menu and Megamenu

    If still using them, then post in that plugin’s dedicated forum via their page in the Plugin Repository so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

    I fixed it. I just turned off “Defer Render-blocking JS” which I’d turned on to speed the site up but I’d rather have the menu working!
