This issue might be occurring due to a plugin conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

Sorry, I tried to deactivate all unwanted plugins. Still nothing changed. I dont understand coding, but seems to me that it is something with elementor? I can′t deactive it

One possible issue is that you are not using the latest version of Neve which is 3.8.6.

You have quite an old version 3.7.3.

I suggest you first backup your site https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1769-how-to-backup-a-wordpress-site and upgrade to the latest version.
