Mobile Menu Purpose

    I’m exploring the Twenty Twenty theme and have to ask “What is the purpose of the Mobile Menu location, other than displaying the menu as the default “pages” list?” Displaying just the pages can be done by unchecking all menu locations for the main menu, so it appears the Mobile menu is not really needed.

    In certain situations you might want to display a different menu for mobile pages.

    I have a customer who displays menu x in the normal primary location, the expanded menu toggle text was renamed to “gallery” which will then display menu y with additional options regarding the gallery.
    Since only menu x would be displayed in the mobile view, we created a menu z which includes all items from menu x and y, giving mobile users the same menu in total.

    Some ppl need/want features like this and since it is not mandatory to use it, you are free to use menus the way you want ??
