For this paste the following css code in custom css field (Theme Dashboard >> appearance >> customize >> General setting >> custom css filed)

.navbar-toggle

display:none !important;
}

Any confusion lets me know.

? I did it with the menu settings. No problem.
? But, the menu does not open. Slider is blocking.
