Mobile Not Showing Anything

  • I have tried to get your plugin, which is great, to work on mobile and so far nothing is showing up.

    Have I missed a setting or what?

    Can you provide me a link to the specific page you are having issues with? I looked at your site and so far everything looks fine but maybe I’m missing something.

    Just loaded your site on a emulator and I see what you mean now. I’m taking a look.

    The theme you are using is a paid theme so I can’t install it to test anything. If you put any other content besides the plugin shortcode, does that content display?

    Have you brought this up in the theme support at all?

    My plugin works as expected on other sites on mobile so not sure how to help here.

    Thanks for looking.

    At first I thought maybe the mobile theme was not loading short codes but I checked and my other short codes are working.

    I will try the theme support.
