• The plugin works fine on desktop. On the initial mobile load it is pushed all the way to the bottom of the productpage, full screen, full width image. After adding a product to cart, the sticky add to cart does appear and seems to work correctly.

How to fix this problem so the sticky add to cart is shown correctly on mobile?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @max132 ,

It seemed that you deactivated our plugin on your site so I didn’t see our sticky add to cart on your site and couldsn’t check the functionality there.

The display of the sticky bar on the mobile version depends on the theme or template you are using for your site as well.

You can check our live demo here: https://demo.wpclever.net/wpcsb/product/beanie/. The sticky add to cart bar is displaying porperly on both desktop and mobile versions.

These are the mobile display test results, you can check it out: https://prnt.sc/f6lZD2XhYSey & https://prnt.sc/ODOSb1NyrwDx.

In order to adjust the display on mobile devices, you can also use CSS to make sure the display is adapted based on the specific theme configurations.

    Best regards.

Hi there and thanks for the reply.

The plugin is activated and is shown on desktop correctly, this is not working for you when you scroll down on a productpage?

If you check a productpage on mobile and scroll ALL the way down (below footer), it will show you the items from the plugin. After that try adding the product to cart, then it will work correctly.

    Hi @max132 ,
Oh I saw that. When the page was first reloaded, the sticky bar was not displayed properly as a bar: https://prnt.sc/RvK5NBEFvoYR. Onyl after pressing the add to cart button, the sticky bar will be displayed properly.

I’m afraid this might be triggered by a conflict with the theme or template you are using. You can try to switch to another WooCommerce theme or our WPCstore to check it further.

This will require backend adjustment and inspection of the theme, unfortunately, we cannot help you further from the frontend. According to the Forum Guildlines, we can only provide public advice and instructions for your case here.

    Best regards.
