Mobile Page Redirects

Hello, what I need to do is redirect certain pages (e.g. website.com/1) to a mobile-friendly version of that page (e.g. website.com/2) – only when viewed on that mobile device.

So far I haven’t been able to find any plugins that will accomplish this, and note that I’m using the Obox Mobile plugin.
