Mobile pages not optimizing well

@reeper6868 Can you please check the option “Generate separate files for mobile devices” in WP-Optimize > Cache and check if it helps to fix the issue?

hi thank you for replying, that setting has been on all this time.
A few questions:
1. If I preloaded the cache and then if I clicked purge cache for wordpress, do I have to preload again?
2. Your recommended settings for cache lifespan?
3. Your recommended settings for scheduled preloaded cache?

The performance = 13 on google lighthouse for mobile. Any other suggestions to increase this?
