Mobile polls not working

    Hello sir, Please help. This plugin is not working in mobile phone sites. It’s working well in Desktop site but when the same link is opened through mobile phone version the question is not appearing. Please help and fix it. And reply asap when this is solved.

    Thank you for the topic and sorry for the caused inconvenience.
    We have tested your survey and seems it is working with Android and IOS.
    Could you please provide which kind of device do you use and which browser?

    the question is not appearing- ‘are you from delhi?’
    and it’s not appearing in any phone, I use google chrome. and android

    We have checked the screenshot and also your website, but the question doesn’t appear even with desktop.
    Could you please check the poll question field from your dashboard is filled out now?
