I have a site that has one active page right now (mainly for collecting sign-ups). However, a while back I was messing around with Neve and saw an option to add a pop-up to subscribe. I turned on this feature and set it up, but can’t seem to find it in any of the Neve customizing options.

It doesn’t pop up all the time, but appears sometimes on web, and tablet versions (rarely mobile). Wondering if anyone knows where to go to edit this feature?

It’s a pain point for me right now because it’s font and styling doesn’t match my current set-up.

Second question is with Header fonts. As you can see from visiting, I have two headers (H1 and a H2). The first is the newsletter sign-up header that is bolded sans-serif. The second is the “what’s tempehKID” near the bottom that is a serif font.

My issue here is that when I go into neve to customise the header fonts, I’m only given one option to do so, and there is no menu to change the H1 and H2 fonts separately.

My hunch is that I’m looking in the wrong place for both of these edits, but any help is much appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @jman670,

Regarding the first pop-up window, are you sure you have added it within the Neve theme? Don’t you have other plugins that could be adding the mentioned pop-up?
Also, maybe you just included some custom JavaScript to the code of the theme somewhere that creates the popup window from time to time and you don’t even have a plugin?

That’s correct, you cannot set font-family separately per heading, you can only select one font-family.
