Mobile Pop-up Behavior

I like having your chat box pop-up on desktop as it increases user engagement but having that happen on mobile devices takes up too much of the screen. It would be nice if we could select to have the chat box pop-up on desktop but not on mobile. To be clear, I’d still like the small icon to display on mobile just not the full box. Is this possible?
