Mobile pop up size wrong

  • Hi, the mobile version of the fb popup is too big for the mobile site and the edges and half of the like button are off screen. Is there any better solution to this?

    Hi,

    Thank you for opening a support topic. Unfortunately the facebook Page Plugin itself is not responsive. The premium version however, has an option to not display the popup on mobile user agents.

    Simple enough. Just go in “plugins”, then under “Facebook page promoter lightbox”, click on “edit” (if you don’t see an edit buton, you can do the same using ftp). In the list of files on the right, select “plugin.php”. Search through the file and change all the widths from 400 to 290 (5 in total). Click on “update file”.
