mobile popup not working

Greetings, popup-maker not working on iphone 7 in chrome or safari. All that shows is a single line message saying “Skip to content.” Works great on desktop.

* The “Disable this popup on mobile devices.” setting is not selected
* I have disabled pop-up blocker on my iphone chrome/safari browsers cleared all cache
* I have tried multiple “themes”

Thought i’d post here before moving on to another solution.
