    Hi @peterforensys,

I’m not able to replicate any such issue when tested on my system. The popup loads based on the assigned devices. Could you please share the link to the website where you are noticing the issue so that we could have a better idea regarding this?

Looking forward to your response so that we could help get this sorted asap. Have a nice day ahead.

    Regards,
    Nithin

    Hi!

    Yes of course!

    It happens here:
    greendropsfarm.com

And top of that our customer complains about the popups appers on the german site too (so on /de) while it is restricted to appearing only on the Hungarian site and to tell the truth I couldn’t even reproduce this problem anyway by deleting the cookies and cache. So I don’t udnerstand what’s happening here, but the only problem I can reproduce was this, that mobile version popup appers on desktop browser too so now I need a fix for that as soon as possible. Thank you!

    Regards,
    Peter

    Hello @peterforensys,

Could you export both the pop-ups and upload it to your google drive and help us with the link to the same here? You can also use alternatives like Dropbox and Pastebin to send us the export.

    Thank you,

    Hello!

I think I figured out that the problem is that Hustle is not compatible with Fastest Cache plugin. Can you check it? And give a solution please how to solve that issue.

    Hi @peterforensys,

Could I know what’s the difference between both the popup? They both look the same visually. So not sure on what basis you are pinpointing it isn’t working.

However, I can confirm the popup does load fine when I test the popup individually.

figured out that the problem is that Hustle is not compatible with Fastest Cache plugin. Can you check it?

There isn’t any known issue with WP Fastest cache plugin. Most probably the Minify feature is causing the conflict.

The minify settings are site-specific and would vary from one site to another. Could you please check and deactivate the settings one by one and see on deactivating which exact plugin setting the popup works?

Please do let us know how that goes. Have a nice day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Hi!

Well, strange, but now if i switch off wp fastest cache, it doesn’t solve my problem. The difference between the 2 popup, that one should only appear on desktop the other only on mobile/tablet as I set in the visibility settings of the popups. But both of the popups apperas on desktop, and thats the problem. I don’t know what causes this but it would be good to find out.

    Hello @peterforensys ,

I checked your visibility conditions for the mobile one and this is happening because you have two separate sets of rules.
One says “show on mobile” and the next one says “show on all pages except”. But since those are in separate sets popup will show also on desktop, because second set “says so”.
You need to add a mobile rule to the excluded pages so it is in the same set of visibility rules and delete the first set.

    kind regards,
    Kasia

    Hi!

Thanks. Now mobile popup didn’t appears on desktop. But now on mobile the popup just doesn’t appear. I don’t know whats wrong.

I changed only the popup settings as you said: https://kepkuldes.com/image/fsjo5e
I tried in different browsers and different mobile devices with deleting all cookies and cache.
