Mobile POS

I’m selling merch at craft shows and outdoor markets. I’d like to use a barcode scanner to total up the sale amount, track sales, then dump the data into my Woocommerce site for inventory and accounting purposes. Some of these markets have no connectivity so I need to have an offline capability. Any suggestions on plugins and specific hardware would be appreciated.
