I intend to use shortcode on 4 different pages to display a unique set of products that can be further filtered. Basically category pages with filters. I won’t be using the standard shop page in the end.

While doing some testing, I’ve noticed that the products on shop page display 4 in a row and switch to 1 in a row on mobile (Astra Pro theme). Perfect. When I use the shortcode on a page, the product display switches from 4 in a row to 3 in a row on mobile. Where can I change this so it behaves like the shop page and only shows a single product per row?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @daspi,

https://joxi.ru/p27YR3ycn6Nbnr – We have such an option for the filter as a whole, there is no such option separately for mobile phones at the moment: https://woobewoo.com/documentation/options-main-tab/

But this should not happen, the number of products should not change.

    Contacted you as requested.
    Status:
Filter on page: 4 in a row on desktop, mobile 3 in a row with white space on right.
Mobile view on regular shop page switches as expected to 1 product per row. This is what would be standard behavior for the Astra theme with WooDommerce. I need the filter on pages via short code behave the same way, one per column on mobile.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello @daspi,

    Check your inbox.
The problem was not caused by the filter, but by your theme.

Thank you for checking into the issue. I just want to add that even the Twenty Nineteen theme will not display just one in a row when using shortcode. It seems that this would be good to address in your plugin if possible. Give users some control on mobil display when using shortcode so it can look the same as on shop page.

Thank you for a great plugin and great support!

    Hello @daspi,

Typically, the number of products per line in mobile mode depends on the theme itself and its settings.

Yes, there are 2 products per line in 2019 theme.
But in 2021 and Storefront, one product each.

We’ll think about what we can do, maybe we can add it in the future.
